What I Offer

The great outdoors is the perfect setting for physical activity. Of course, I could try to sell you the many benefits of exercise, but I realise you won’t be interested unless it’s fun. That’s where I come in! I recognise that for many people getting fit and staying fit can feel like a chore. But fitness can be fun and I make it my aim to work with you so that you feel enthusiastic about incorporating health and fitness into your daily routine.
I offer personal training in and around West Linton, Penicuik, Peebles and the south of Edinburgh, and best of all, I come to you! I will meet you literally on your doorstep or your favourite outdoor spot, so you can enjoy getting fit in your most inspiring and convenient environment – whether that’s your own back garden, the village green or the Pentland hills.
We will work out and agree your goals and targets together and I will provide you with a programme, advice and lots of encouragement to help you get there.
During each session we will also have the opportunity to discuss nutrition and weight management as part of a more comprehensive and holistic approach to your health and lifestyle.
So whether you want to lose some weight, stay fit and healthy whilst pregnant or get back into shape after having a baby, run a race in a particular time or just tone up and feel a bit healthier, I will design a programme that will work for you. |
