Prices

 

The initial health and fitness consultation is free of charge. This is an opportunity for you to see if you would like me to work with you. The session will include a discussion about goals, likes/dislikes, body composition analysis, endurance, strength and flexibility tests as appropriate according to your goals. This will take approximately one hour.

 

If you then decide to go ahead and book some personal training sessions, the prices are shown in the tables below.

 

The price includes:

· your one-hour personal training session;

· provision of all the necessary fitness equipment and fitness testing;

· goal setting and monitoring, programme design and updates as you progress, and the pre-planning of all  training sessions;

· weight management, nutritional advice and food diary analysis throughout the course of your training;

· email support throughout the course of your training;

· my travel time to and from your home or other location of the personal training session except where location is further than 20 miles from home.

Training in pairs

Where two people are starting from similar fitness levels and hoping to achieve similar goals, it can be possible for me to train both people together. Feel free to contact me for more information about how this works.

Sessions must be paid for in advance but do not need to be booked in advance. Please note cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full. There will be no charge for cancellations when more than 48 hours notice is given
