About Me

I have always loved being outdoors and taking part in a variety of activities and sports. I have completed 6 marathons (including one six months after having a baby), over 100 half-marathons and approximately 50 triathlons. I also enjoy sea kayaking and hill-walking.

It is the love of being outdoors and enjoying myself whilst being active that will come across in any training programme I design and offer.

My vision is to offer a helping hand to everyone seeking to improve their health and fitness no matter what their current level. I offer a friendly non-judgemental approach to make the experience enjoyable, challenging and fun, ensuring you get the most from each and every session.
